We know you have a lot of choices when it comes to urgent care in metro Detroit. But if you live near any of our offices in Brighton, Clinton Township, Ferndale/Oak Park, Grosse Pointe, Jackson (two offices) or Novi, here’s why you should make us your first choice when it comes to urgent care services. Our seven offices have garnered a total of 6,983 reviews on Google with an average rating of 4.8/5.
For us, it all starts with The IEP Promise, which truly sets us apart. We promise to provide a great experience for every patient, every time:

We greet you and make you feel welcome when you walk in the door.
We always ask you three questions to help us provide you with the best care:
How may we help you?
Have I answered all of your questions?
Is there anything else I can do for you?
We listen to your concerns, fears and needs.
We strive to deliver care with empathy and understanding to foster your trust, comfort, and eliminate any potential anxiety about your health care needs.
We value your time.
We offer quick convenient scheduling and extended hours.
We will keep you informed on the progress of your treatment and test results.
We will deliver quality care through efficient processes to save you time.
We deliver more than treatment, we deliver care.
If we ever fail to live up to our promise and don’t meet your expectations, please let us know.
We take a proactive approach to validate your concerns, investigate issues, and implement changes if necessary. Our goal is to provide a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
IEP Urgent Care is owned and operated by a group of board-certified emergency medicine trained physicians who live in the communities we serve. Our providers are highly trained so that we can offer patients a higher standard of compassionate professional care at each of our locations. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation at every office.
“The IEP Promise is our effort to communicate the service we promise to deliver to each and every patient,” said medical director Dr. Nick Dyc. “We are patient centered in the truest fashion. We are deeply proud to be patient centered and make this promise to everyone so you may trust when you visit an IEP urgent care, you will receive the highest level of care and experience.”
IEP Urgent Care serves all of our communities in several important ways. By providing an array of non-emergency medical services, including digital x-ray capabilities and an array of diagnostics at all locations, we can accurately diagnose and treat everything from a sprained ankle to a urinary tract infection quickly and effectively. All of our offices are open seven days a week when your primary care physician may not be available. And by coming to us rather than the emergency department at a local hospital, you will save a lot of time and money, while freeing up hospital resources for patients with life-threatening injuries or medical conditions. IEP Urgent Care accepts most insurance plans, and they are listed on our website. You can also schedule your appointment online, which is convenient and will save you time.
We appreciate the respect and care you show our team. Every day, we’re reminded how fortunate we are to care for patients who value the same compassion and respect that we strive to deliver. You help us bring The IEP Promise to life through a mutually respectful and caring environment.
